I have only had my new desktop for the small business I work at for 3 weeks. HP kept sending my notices that there were updates available. One was a BIOS update. I questioned if I needed it because the computer was new but not sure when it was manufactured so it could have been over a year old. After selecting the BIOS update it stated I would need to select a "restart". The PC shut down and the unit physically started but never booted up on the screen. My monitor states their is no signal. I tried a shutdown and turning it back on several times but still nothing????? I am at a loss
