Product: HP compaq pro 6300 SFF
I have an HP Compaq Pro 6300 SFF computer and I want to know if my BIOS version supports the Intel i7-3770 processor on LGA 1155. Does my board version support it and are they newer because I only saw it on Windows 8.1 and I have Windows 10

The PC should support the i7-3770/3770K without the need for a BIOS update.
You can update the BIOS without being in Windows in your PC very easily.
That way it doesn't matter what operating system you are running on it.
