Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi guys I'm just trying to get new BIOS since mine are from 2018 and wont allow me to update Windows 10, which causes all sorts of havick. Crazy I have to pay money to call to ask this question and how hard it is to find help. Can someone please help me?

Let me check your basic system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Please report your results
