Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0081c
Hello.
Appreciate any help with this computer BIOS issue.
My desktop won't start. A blue screen shows up saying the bios recovery files cannot be found or the files corrupted and I need to download the bios file to recover the PC. After reviewing the HP support docs, I tried the Key press combination method but it didn't work. So I need to download the latest bios file and install into PC. There are two different BIOS files to download. How do I know which one is right for Model 590-P0081C?
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 843B)
HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 843E)
Would anyone know which one is the right one to download to recover the BIOS?
Thanks.
