Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-es0000 (268U4AV)
Hello, I just rebooted my laptop after not using for about 1 month and it looks as if my battery is not being detected by the computer. I ran a battery check in the hardware diagnostics and was given a failure ID but I have no idea where to go to lookup what this ID means. From what I've read it sounds like this is no longer accessible and when I called tech support they didn't need it when I tried to provide.
The ID is:
M374WM-000BRT-GXGH5G-C0Q513
Thanks for any help!
