I want to start my desktop computer but it gives me a beep code "one short beep followed by one long beep" what can I do to solve this problem ? Or what does that beep code mean ?

I am not a HP employee.
I can't locate the BIOS beep error cadence you are experiencing. Are you getting any Power button LED blinks with the beep codes?
I think this is your PC (Link). Please confirm.
This PC's chipset is circa Q2' 2014. So HP may have made your system in 2014 or early 2015. HP does not provide a manufacturing date for your PC at the above link.
This HP Support site (Link) lists BIOS error codes for Desktop PCs manufactured at various points in time.
Check the "PCs made before 2015" BIOS error codes. Your BIOS error code is not listed. Check the top level (current PCs) BIOS error codes.
A BIOS 1:1 error cadence is not listed in either section.
It could be a thermal problem or a CPU problem.
Regards
