@RustyThomas, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The constant beeping from your OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a could indicate various hardware or firmware issues. Here’s how you can diagnose and potentially resolve the problem:

Identify the Beep Pattern

HP PCs use beep codes to signal hardware issues. Count the beeps and look for a pattern (e.g., 3 long, 2 short). Common meanings include:

  • 1 long, 2 short – GPU issue
  • 3 long, 3 short – RAM failure
  • Continuous beeping – Power or motherboard issue

Check for Overheating

If the beeping occurs randomly, your system might be overheating. Try:

  • Cleaning dust from fans and vents
  • Monitoring temperatures using HWMonitor or OMEN Gaming Hub
  • Ensuring proper ventilation around the PC

Inspect RAM and GPU

  • Reseat RAM sticks: Turn off the PC, remove and reinsert the RAM into its slots.
  • Check GPU: If you have a dedicated GPU, remove and reinstall it.

Power Supply & Connections

  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected.
  • Try a different wall outlet or power strip.

Check BIOS & Firmware

  • Boot into BIOS (press F10 at startup) and look for any alerts.
  • Update the BIOS and OMEN firmware from HP's support website.

Run HP Diagnostics

  • Restart and press F2 to enter HP Hardware Diagnostics.
  • Run a system test to detect hardware issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
