Hi everyone! I bought this computer in 2019 and haven’t used it in a couple of years. I just turned it on and there’s 3 long beeps and 4 short beeps. I tried disconnecting the power cord and pressing the power button for 15 seconds but it’s still doing the same thing. There’s no warranty so I can’t get support over the phone unless I pay for it. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Greetings @KarlaJo1
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The 3:4 error code is a hardware power problem.
The MB seems to be alive since you are getting a 3:4 POST error code. But the MB could be in trouble since you have an AIO PC. Most components are integrated into an AIO PC's MB.
One of the following components may be in trouble:
1. External power supply
2. Discrete graphics card (A discrete graphics card could be soldered to the AIO MB)
3. CPU (the CPU could be soldered to the AIO MB's CPU socket)
4. A RAM problem
You could try reseating all memory modules and then try a different external power supply.
It may be best to have a local PC Tech troubleshoot an AIO PC since this PC is similar to a Laptop/Notebook PC.
