The BIOS is infected. I took out the hard drive I took out the battery and it's still infected. By that I mean the small BIOS battery. I went to the HP website to find a way to reboot the BIOS or override whatever is in the BIOS and there is nothing for that laptop. All I hear is a constant beeping that doesn't let me do anything.
- Is there a solution for this?

The beeping does not necessarily mean the BIOS is infected. Most likely, there is a hardware failure.
With the main battery removed and the power pack disconnected, press and hold the power on button for 30 sec. Reconnect the power pack with the battery still disconnected and try a restart.
If you can get this to work, try running the Diagnostics routine. Possibly the hardware failure is stopping that, too
To run the Diagnostics routine, Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Diagnostics from that popup menu, F2.
Report back with the results.
I'm not an HP employee.
