Hi all. I bought a second Handy EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF.
My problem is, the Bios is Password Protected, so i cannot boot with USB etc.
I asked the Seller, but he dosnt know it. I tried the Cmos Button, 5min Bios Batterie etc, but nothing Helps.
It seems that it is protected with this System Admin Mode. Is there any way to get or remove the password?
Saw some other Post on the Net where you should Enter a wrong Password 3 Times or just Press Enter 3 Time, then you would get a Code that you can give the Support. But when i do this, i only get the Message that the System is Locked and i have to Restart the PC. I hope i explained it good enough to Understand what i mean.
Thanks

Hello
it is not normal that a computer is sold blocked / unusable
The rules here, mean that we can not give manipulations to unlock a password (and you still have to know it)
I advise you to ask seller for solution, or return it
A computer, blocked and if you don't have the password, could very well be stolen
