HP TouchSmart 520-1047c Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a problem, yesterday I received a new processor that I bought (i7 3770S, I have an i5 2400S) for my PC and when I installed it, it does not give me an image, it only stays on a black screen (if it turns on, I can hear the fan) and when searching on YouTube and Google, most of them say that I updated the bios and when searching for the new update for my motherboard I did not find a place that really looked and I want to know if anyone has a link to the official HP website, my motherboard is the ipisb-nk. Thank you

Hi:

The only BIOS update for your PC was written to be run on Windows 7.

7.11

I don't know what will happen if you run the update using W10.

Update the BIOS in W10 your own risk.

Are you sure the i7-3770S  processor is supported?

All the motherboard specifications info has been removed from the HP support site.
