Product: HP All-in-One - 22-b235qe
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Day before yesterday I went to the HP assistant to install upgrades. Among them was a bios update. Part way thru the update the computer locked up and just sat there. After about an hour my wife mistakenly turned the computer off and back on. At first the computer would attempt to install the bios but freeze at the same point.
Before retiring for the night I turned the computer off and unplugged it. The next day when I turned the computer on, only the power light came on. None of the rebooting procedures have worked. I'm hoping someone has a solution.
Thanks
