ProBook 6570b
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When i try to start the computer i get into Bios and it says ''Select user for login'', then there is two options both of them have passwords that i don't know. After you type the wrong password 4 times it will say ''Press F7 for HP SpareKey Recovery''. Then you will come to HP SpareKey Recovery with two options named ''Enter BIOS Admin Password and Answer HP SpareKey Questions'' but when you click on any of them it will say ''HP SpareKey Recovery not enrolled Select OK to restart system'' and then it goes all the same again.

Please help!
