HP ENVY TouchSmart 15-j014sr

hello i have a problem with my nvidia graphic card. i cant see him nowhere... no one soft cant see him, even hp softs and drivers. i think it closed on bios ( insydeh20 rev 3.7 f.69) but i cant choose advanced settings also(  fn+tab a+f10 not works😑) help me please😭

From reading your post is appears you upgraded the bios "F.69 Rev A" from here:

But it is not clear what problem you are having.

 

I assume the display is working well enough to read and use the laptop.

 

Please upgrade to windows 10.  Your win 8.1 is not supported and it is likely you cannot download drivers that are needed.  I assume you have a legitimate key for 8.1 (or 7)

 

The last time I checked (two weeks ago) it was still possible to do the free upgrade to windows 10

If you do not want to upgrade to 10 then you should use those nvidia 8.1 drivers that are on the same page as the bios.
