Product: HP Pavilion 23-h132la All-In-One PC Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
How do I reset the BIOS password for the HP Pavilion 23-h132la All-In-One PC Series?
I tried with the post:
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Boot-and-Lockup/Bios-power-on-password-reset-on-23-r010-all-in...
But it does not correspond with the same motherboard.
I am not technical, but I rely on the steps that can guide me to solve the problem.
I add the image of the motherboard that corresponds to the name of the product.
Thanks for the support, greetings.

@Horacio_f -- sorry, but the Rules of Participation for this peer-to-peer discussion group do not allow contributors to help you bypass/change any BIOS password.
Possibly, the owner/operator of a computer store is not a signed-up contributor, and thus is not bound by those Rules. That person may be able to find the online "HP Service and Maintenance Manual" for your specific computer, which might be helpful to that person.
