I have a problem with my bios and I want to use the hp support website but it’s saying “ho support temporarily unavailable ” how long will it take and is there an alternative to fix my bios

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with BIOS issues, especially when you're unable to access the HP website for solutions. I’m really sorry you’re going through this.
 

Could you let me know what error message you’re seeing related to the BIOS? That can help pinpoint the exact issue.
 

In the meantime, let’s try a BIOS Restore, which might help:

BIOS Restore :
1) Shutdown the computer and keep the  charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.  
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.  
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK
