@Toasty12 -- what is your reason for attempting a BIOS update? A "failed" update can turn your computer into a "brick", as evidenced by many threads in this discussion forum from people with "BIOS Update Failed" reports.

 

Anyway, did you store the BIOS update file on a USB memory-stick?

Was that memory-stick connected to the computer before you powered-on the computer?

Did you tell the BIOS Updating Program to access the drive-letter for the memory-stick?
