Could not fine bilocer recovery key

You are in a no win situation if Windows is asking for the BitLocker recovery key and you don't have this key.

 

A valid BitLocker recovery key may not work if the PC did a BIOS update and you did not disable BitLocker before doing the BIOS update.

 

Did you check your Microsoft account to see if key has been stored there?

 

You will lose all data on the system drive. You will have to reinstall Windows

 

You might be able to do a HP Cloud Recovery to reinstall Windows.
