Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy1000 (436S6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Suddenly, my laptop PAVILION got locked by Bit locker, though I did not set up one, EVER. Tried the troubleshoot button, but did not go thru

 

Coincided with my NORTON 360 Expiry, though I have paid version of bit defender running

 

HELP!
