HP Desktop M01-F0014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Earlier tonight I was updating some software and drivers.  While updating it prompted that it would restart.  It restarted and I have had a black screen every since.  When I restart the computer the monitor light will come on, but then it goes away.  I also hear no fan, or beeps when it starts.  My external speakers, and camera also do not have lights on as well. Almost like the USB ports are not working as well.  Before I started the updates I had to preform a diagnostic test to enable my WIFI to work again.  Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

The symptoms sound like you have a hardware problem. Any component could be causing this. It could be the WIFI adapter card.

This is a new PC. You should be in warranty.

I would contact HP Support (Link).

Regards
