I did a diagnostic and it came back with an ID of Q4HV7G-AHKCAP-GXPQ2K-40K303
I unfortunately do not know what this code means but I would love to know how to fix it. It boots and before the log in screen requests for a bitlocker key. I provide the bitlocker key, which it requests each time and it looks like it's going to load. The HP logo shows and then it goes to a black backlit screen and stops there for a bit before I decide to reboot again.
How do I get past this portion?

Your PC probably has a defective memory chip that needs to be removed and replaced.
Enter the required information at the link below and it should provide a general report of the condition.
