Product: HP ProOne 440 23.8 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC IDS Base Model

I have a Hp Proone 440 G9. Today morning on turning it on, all I get is a black screen and the power LED is on. It then turns off after about 20 seconds. No flashes on the keyboard or error beeps. How can this be resolved?
