Product: Pavilion Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My desktop shows the HP logo and then goes black with a blue tint on the sides. I tried a second monitor and it does the same thing. I can use the F keys and get into those screens. Diagnostic tests show nothing wrong. The screen works perfect in safe mode. When I restart, it goes back to a black screen. The fans and lights work. I tried a new hard drive and it would not recognize it. So I put the old one back and the computer worked great until I had to turn it off about two weeks later. Back to the problem. Computer is less than 3 years old.
