I think you fixed it! It was me, so I thought I had to format it so I kept deleting the partition and reformatting it. Never attempted it...
The first computer ran it and then it wasn't working so I wiped it.
I'm dumb haha thanks for saying it had to be unallocated lol it's installing windows right now which is amazing! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Had brain aches, not that techie to think that. I set up the second computer but that was like a year ago. But now I know ❤️

Please help me I have the problem black screen with a blinking cursor
I have pc name up dc 7800
I have Seagate hard drive one day I have problem black screen with a blinking cursor
I tried all solution but doesn't work when I boot from usb to install win 7 it stuck in starting window I reset bios but nothing work
Please help me
