Product: Pavilion 15 Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop is in black screen and it stays pike that, doesnt give me any option, i need help.

Hi, Try taking out the battery and power cord (if the battery is removable)

Try connecting an external monitor or TV
