Blank screen

HP Recommended
Hp all in one PC 24-f0024
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer was working normal last night at 1030 PM. At 10am this morning went to wake it up from sleep mode and the screen illuminated but was still black and blank but you can tell it is on. Power indicators are on, mouse light is on and the keyboard caps locks light comes on but then goes off. Things I've tried...

Hard restart. Shutting off, unplugging unit,hold power for 15 seconds, plug in and power on. Still no screen.

Bios recovery. Power off, hold Windows button and B then push power for 2 seconds. Beeps 8 times then screen goes blanks and nothing happens. 

Tried the bios recovery with V. This time it goes to a black screen and shows the bios revision and date and says "Press the ESC key for startup menu" I press ESC and nothing happens. 

HP suggested pulling unit apart to reseat the ram memory and harddrive connections. Did this and repeated all steps above and same results...

Any other ideas? This thing is just out warranty by 1 week!

Please try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start
