HP Notebook - 14-cf0006dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi there, I am having trouble with a black screen after putting in my password to login. I saw that I can try to troubleshoot bg going to shift+restart, which I did. But I do not know my password to proceed any further in getting the latest driver or features Uninstalled. When I press forgot password, it only always to restart which brings me back to the same black screen after trying to login.  Any suggestions or help?

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

That must be hard. Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01997899No Power or no Boot and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.  And, also try entering the system password by turning off the Wifi and Internet connection.
