Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p033w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Blinking green light, won't power on. Was in sleep more prior to finding this issues. I've tried the unplug and press power for 30 seconds, with everything unplugged. Didn't work. I have no 220/115 power switch.

You may have to repeat the procedure a couple of times.

 

If system turns on but does not seem to boot up it may be installing / uninstalling an update and trying to recover from being turned off unexpectedly.   This is rare but has happened to me.  The disk drive lights will be blinking in this case.

 

You may need to have a service dept look at it.

1) Click on this link -
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
