Blocco avvio pc hp bios update

Salve o un problema al pc hp mentre stava facendo l aggiornamento  mi spunto una pagina  hp bios update  che dice cosi  the system bios is  being  update.the update will take a few minutes to complete .poi dice Do  not shut down  or remove external power from your computer  during  the process. Poi dice  wrwriting new BIOS Image  block 1/4096 ma non parte il pc rimane cosi non siriavvia e bloccato che devo fare x farlo ripartire mi fate sapere cosi lo aggiusto grz datemi risposta
