Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So my computer wanted to restart an update yesterday. After restarting it updated, the computer booted up once but was very very slow. Then the computer just shut down and now I’m getting the blue error screen. Keep saying your device ran into a problem and needs to restart we will restart it for you. It’s been doing this for about eight hours.

If it has been rebooting in a "loop" for 8 hours, it is time to hold-down the on/off button, until the computer powers-off, and then take the computer to a certified computer technician, and pay for trouble-shooting.
