Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After trying to factory reset my PC, it goes in a infinite cycle of

 

Power on

Load HP logo

Blue screen with error message

Then the two long beeps and two short beeps start to play, power button flashes along with the beeps.

After about a minute or so, beeping stops but power button still flashes indefinitely.
