Acronis backups are located in a drive or repository. It can be external USB storage, Network attached storage, or just another PC on the network that you have credentials to access.
You must have used the Bootable Rescue Media Builder to create a boot CD or USB. I recommend the Linux or universal boot procedure.
When the rescue media boots up it will attempt to find the backup files. If it doesn't find them you have to browse to where it was stored.
