I just passed by my computer and noticed it had a black screen with the blue box stating:
Boot Device Not Found
Please install an operating system on your hard drive
Hard Disk (3F0)
I searched and found that I should turn it off and press Esc and then F2 to run System Diagnostics. Now I am simply frozen on a new black/blue screen. I pressed F2 but nothing is happening.
I don’t know how or when any of this occurred. The last time I used my computer was probably Friday evening (2/8) and I just noticed this tonight (2/10). My computer is just days over one year old. Yes, the warranty expired approximately 25 days ago.
Customer service is closed of course. They will be open when I am at work all day tomorrow and no time to deal with this mess.
What is happening and how do I fix it???
