My HP all in one screen - Screen is black with a blue box that says - Boot Device Not Found, Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard Disk - (3FO), F2 - System Diagnostics. On another screen says - Memory Test - Passed. Hard Dive Check - No hard drive installed. Please check that the power and data cables are connected properly. When I choose to exit - A screen pops up with ERROR: No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed. Where do I go from here?

I suggest creating an HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility USB flash drive, booting from it and testing the hard disk, if you haven't already used the F2 key as suggested on the display to test the hard disk.
You will need a different PC or notebook to create the USB utility flash drive. The HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI v8.5.0.0 software download is available at the hyperlink below.

Boot into Windows on the other PC, download the file and plug the USB flash drive (8GB or greater capacity) into an available USB port on the PC. Follow the online instructions to create the USB utility flash drive.
