Hi
A 3FO error usually means the boot drive has failed. You would need to replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.
Check "Storage" in the BIOS to see if the storage device is detected. Run HP Diagnostics at startup. Tap "ESC" after starting the PC.
Select "F2". See if you can run storage device diagnostics using either system or component tests. This PC has a 1 TB platter HDD.
Don't see a cloud recovery option for your PC. You may have to do a clean Windows 11 installation.
You might be able to recover data by connecting the existing HDD to a different PC.

Hi Banhien,
Interesting. The system specs only show a platter HHD. No motherboard detail is provided by HP.
I looked further after your response to find a possible M.2 socket having Optane option.
Good call.
