Boot Error

Hp Pavillion 590-p0033w
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We just bought this desktop as a gift to our son, he got everything set up and first day using it, it crashed, we had to manually shut it off, now upon restarting says boot device not found, we followed some troubleshooting with hp support online and no help at all, same message comes up

Hello, if it is a new PC I recommend to you contact your seller for know if it is possible to exchange your PC. 

If you want you can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
