My laptop has updated the BIOS after this when I try to shut down my laptop, it gets restarted again.

how can I resolve this problem?

Hello, the same happened to me after: windows update to current, bios update, and unintentionally activating secure boot.

After receiving the message of Sure Start recovery, none of the F buttons functioning, neither the Bios Recovery.

Inserting an empty ssd also not helped.
