Product: HP Pavilion Mini Desktop - 300-250np (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is my nth time posting. This problem.  A repeating problem. When there is a restart after update from hp or windows 10. Pressing esc , f2 goes only on Landing page and will not proceed to diagnostic. I could not even go to boot sequence because bios could not go to start menu even pressing esc.  Is there some interference from the mothher board to open the bios? Cannot even detect HDD but bios detect the ram and vios version. I have tried to clean the fan, thermal paste, unplug. The CMOS battery, unpinned the jumpers plugg in again closed the case. Then power on. This time it for sticked on hp logo. I hope. There were others with similar problem but we're solved. I am. Stumped.
