Product: Windows Pavilion P7-1297cb
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer is having issues booting up. It says "Your pc/device needs to be repaired. The boot configuration file is missing. ERROR CODE 0X000000D" I don't have any installation media like a disc or drive, how can I solve this?

You can download and create installation media, from: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

When you boot your computer from the DVD that you have "burned", choose "Repair" instead of "Install" Windows.
