Boot device error on T620

HP Thin Client T620
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Hi, i have tried contacting hp customer support Netherlands, But i could not reach them. I also tried to make a case (on a google translated page) but this also did not work.

We have an HP T620 Thin client that cannot find the boot device. we tried to reimage this, but this gave errors. 

 

I hope i can reach someone from HP support trough here.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. yesterday i had to wait longer than 30 minutes trough their official support number, but today i called and did not need to wait at all so i am in contact with HP now.
