Every time I get on my computer screen popped up, and it says boot device not found or it says hard drive 3F0 error. And it doesn’t let me do anything on my computer for more than five minutes. And I don’t know what to do

The MonkD MB installed in Your PC has had some BIOS update issues in 2023.
I can't say if this is your problem. A 3F0 error normally means the 1 TB HDD installed in your PC has failed.
You will have to replace the HDD if it has failed. You can do a 2.5 inch SATA SSD or possibly a M.2 NVME drive in your MB.
You might be able to recover data on the failing HDD by connecting the drive to a different PC as a data drive. Or get a SATA HDD to USB 3 adapter. Now connect the HDD to your PC using USB after you recover the OS to a new HDD or SSD.
If possible, run HP Diagnostics at startup.
Start the PC. Tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run system and component tests to verify you have a failing HDD.
Also check to see if you can get to the BIOS.
Start the PC. Tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F10".
Probably just a HDD failure if you can check the BIOS and run diagnostics.
Your PC qualifies for the HP Cloud Recovery option at this Site.
