I just bought an HP pavillion manhattan gold i7, when I turned it on for the first time, it says "boot device not found"
Please install an operating system on your hard disk
Hard disk (3FO).
I tried reading to the support page but nothing resolves my problem.
Please help. Thank you

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Did you buy a brand new Desktop or Laptop? A product number only would help to identify your HP product.
Boot device not found usually means:
No operating may be installed,
The storage device is faulty,
Or the storage device may not be connected correctly to power or the to motherboard (data).
I would return to the seller. This is especially true if you have a Laptop or Notebook PC.
