So to start out I was trying to factory reset my laptop and I couldn’t do to my disc was full and nothing I did made enough room I went through every step from disc clean up to uninstalling apps nothing it would just fill back up so I command prompt and wiped the disc no I am wondering how could I re install an operating system it has no disc port so is there a usb or something of the sort I can use to download windows or did I just screw the whole computer up

Hello, you can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
