First thing to do is run the F2 diagnostics as shown on that screen.

Report back with the results.

Running the F2 diagnostics will not cause anything to change but I need the results of the tests that were run during the diagnostics to see what could be causing the problem.  The results especially for the hard drive would be helpful, plus anything else that did not pass.
