Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0073cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

While I am opening my laptop I am getting desktop boot and lockup on my screen with few options and I don't know how to resolve this issue and use my laptop. Please help

That error can be caused by several things, first check to verify there are no media cards in the card reader,
no external devices connected Via USB and no media in the DVD/CD drive. then try a reboot.
If that still continues, run the Diagnostic routine

To run the Diagnostic routine, with the PC off, start tapping the "Esc" key, while still tapping the "Esc" key press the start button.
Keep tapping the "Esc" key until a pop-up menu appears. Then pick Diagnostics, F2.

Report back with the results.
