You have two options to reinstall W10 64 bit:

 

1. Use the Microsoft Media creation tool to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive and reinstall W10 for free.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page:

2. Purchase a W10 64-bit recovery kit from this vendor at the link below:
