Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop was stolen by my roommate and he erased my data and replaced it with his account.
Unfortunately for me, my laptop developed a "blue screen" error where it can't complete its boot. I tried troubleshooting it but his account locked me out and I don't know his password either.
I have decided to completely flash the laptop cuz I don't have much important data except Microsoft which was already installed before purchasing the laptop from a "second hand dealer". No one else in my area has a laptop and no public computer. I have an OTG ADAPTER but have yet to buy a USB. Can you help me with the steps to flash my laptop?
