Prodesk 400
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a USB drive with the Windows 10 installer and when I restart, I press ESC, F2, F9 and F12 and the computer doesn't respond to any of them and boots to Windows as usual. I plugged in the USB drive and heard the normal sound when something is plugged in plus I saw the prompt how to open it. I plugged in the drive in the front and back of the computer but no luck.

Hi:

See if you can boot from the USB drive by plugging it into one of the PC's USB 2 ports, and also enable legacy mode and disable secure boot in the BIOS.

You would tap the ESC key at the beginning of the welcome screen to get the menu of options.

To enter the BIOS setup, select the F10 system setup option.

To boot from the USB flash drive, you would tap the ESC key at the beginning of the welcome screen to get the menu of options, and from that select the F9 boot options menu.

I pressed ESC several times with the USB in different ports to no avail.
