HP Pavilion 27" All-in-One x0809nz

Can anyone tell me how to boot this computer with an external hard drive with a boot program on it?
As I said, there is a boot program (AOMEI) on the external hard drive, which then enables me to reinstall the computer with SystemBackup, but even if I set the boot sequence correctly, the computer starts up until I log in and I can also use the F9 boot order,
not see the external hard drive to choose from ...?
thank you for your help
Greetings G

Gruss G

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to boot from the external hard drive.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you boot to BIOS and disable secure boot and enable legacy support and then check whether the hard drive is showing in the boot menu.
Follow the steps in the below article to disable secure boot.
