I have to select the keyboard layout and enter the (windows-account) password every time I boot the computer and after i select keyboard layout and type the password i hear a loud beep and the pc starts up, it skips the password or pincode entry at the user window and everything works fine. I have no clue why i get this page while booting up the pc? Has anyone experienced the same thing or have a clue what can be the issue? like i said, everything works fine it's just strange and inconvinient that i get that page and the loud beep while starting up the pc.

This is a windows problem and there are occasional reports like you describe.
Are you administrator? I assume this is not a visitor or guest account.
If you have admin rights create a new user account, make the new user admin, and log out and then into the new account and see if the problem goes away.
If you go over to answers.microsoft.com the MVP''ers will tell you to run "fsc /scannow" from an elevated (admin) command prompt. I just saved you a trip to Redmond.
